When you get in touch

Your inquiry includes the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, location, dates, budget, and project idea. Daniel Ruales uses this information to respond, prepare a quote, and discuss a possible booking. Please avoid including sensitive information you do not need to share.

Where your inquiry goes

The website runs on Cloudflare. Submitted inquiries are delivered through Cloudflare to Daniel’s Gmail inbox. Your email address is used as the reply address. The website does not save inquiry details in an application database or include them in application logs.

Security and spam prevention

The inquiry endpoint uses your IP address and email address to enforce short request limits. It hashes these values for the rate-limit keys. Cloudflare also processes request information to operate and protect the website.

Email and scheduling

If you choose the email fallback, your email provider sends the message. Consultation links open Calendly, where its privacy practices apply. These services are separate from this website.

Cookies and analytics

The website currently has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or session recording. It does not set application cookies. Cloudflare may process technical information as part of delivering and protecting the site.

Keeping correspondence

Inquiries and replies may remain in Daniel’s email account to support the conversation and any resulting booking. If you want Daniel to review, correct, or delete information you sent, email danielruales@gmail.com. Booking and payment records may need to be kept separately.
